Driver (DOT - CDL) – Watertown, New York

This is a Full-time Driver (DOT - CDL) position at Fastenal, located at 23171 Murrock Circle, Watertown, NY 13601. As a member of our transportation team, you will play a crucial role in delivering products from our distribution centers to branches and customer on-site locations. Your responsibilities will include operating a safe, well-maintained tractor trailer or straight truck and unloading freight at each delivery stop, ensuring excellent service by maintaining timeliness and efficiency. This position involves an average of 10-12 stops per route, contributing to our commitment to a safe and sustainable work environment.

• Full-time employment
• Income ranging from $65,000 - $95,000 per year
• Schedule: MON TUE WED THU SUN from 6:00pm - 6:00am
• Established routes with potential for periodic changes
• Pre-loaded delivery trucks with dispatch support

• Possession of or in progress of obtaining a Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
• Current Health Card or ability to obtain one
• Current Haz Mat endorsement or ability to obtain one (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam ONLY)
• Meet Fastenal driving record requirements
• Strong working knowledge of DOT regulations for CDL drivers
• Ability to maintain DOT regulated Drivers Hours-of-Service
• Willingness to drive interstate routes across state lines
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and maneuver loads up to 150 lbs.
• Successful completion of required DOT drug and alcohol screens, road test, employment verification, and background check
