This job is an excellent opportunity for Class A recent graduates who are looking for an effective training program followed by a steady and rewarding job. The position pays between -K per year, allowing you to enjoy the comfort of your home every week. As a part of this job, you'll gain necessary OTR experience and enjoy good, steady pay while not spending extensive periods on the road like your fellow graduates. The job primarily engages you with making round trip deliveries to one of the largest retail stores globally, based in UT, ID, MT, OR, CO, and WY, with no driver touch and mostly live unload. Full training will be provided, and you'll receive weekly pay post-training, with regular raises as well.

This regional job offers:

  • Training pay of 0/Week running 200-250 hours behind the wheel.
  • .44CPM starting pay after training, which averages to 2500-3000 Miles Per Week.
  • Regular raises during your first year, placing you at .49CPM and subsequent raises every six months until you reach $.54CPM.
  • Additional paycheck boosts such as for the first stop, for each additional stop, and for short hauls under 250 miles.
  • Average income of 50-35/WK.
  • Benefits you will have:

  • Home every week for your 34-hour reset.
  • Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years of age with a valid Class A CDL license.
  • Clean personal driving record is mandatory, with no speeding of 15 over, no serious accidents, and no DUIs in the last five years. No misdemeanors or felonies in the last ten years, or any related to children.
  • Must not have failed or refused a DOT Drug or Alcohol test.
