We offer both regional runs and over-the-road options with dedicated customer freight. As a flatbed operator, you can expect to gross $6,000-$8,500 a week. We offer a trailer program, plate program, and an insurance program, along with a fuel card program that provides $0.60-$0.80 off a gallon. Road and fuel taxes are paid by the company and free cargo and liability insurance is provided. Payments are made daily or weekly via direct deposit. Our schedule allows for all staff members to enjoy being home daily. Our starting wage is $22.00/hour with the potential for overtime after 40 hours weekly. You can look forward to an hourly increase after six months and 1 year, paired with yearly reviews in July where there is a possibility of another increase.
