CDL-A Recent Grad Truck Drivers

This full-time position is for new drivers who have completed their CDL training and are eager to begin their career with Bison USA. As part of our New Grad Training Program, you will receive comprehensive support from day one, ensuring that you gain valuable experience to build your future in the trucking industry. Located in Fargo, ND, we are seeking candidates who are ready to embrace the open road and complete over-the-road (OTR) runs lasting 2 to 3 weeks at a time. Our commitment includes providing paid training and assistance in securing your first solo load.

• Full-time employment
• Pay of $0.54 per mile
• OTR schedule with 2-3 weeks out at a time
• Multiple terminal locations including Auburn, ME; Amherst, WI; Des Moines, IA; Grand Forks, ND; Kutztown, PA; and Sumter, SC
