CDL Driver

BrandSafway is seeking a CDL Driver to join our dynamic supply chain team in Midland, TX. As our CDL Driver, we'll rely on you to carry out a variety of tasks from basic construction site manual labor, equipment operation and maintenance to safely hauling materials to job sites. Additionally, we expect you to understand and follow defined safety procedures, take charge of routine inspections and maintenance of equipment, and provide precise paper documentation. Our ideal candidate must possess a Class A CDL and have significant field work experience, preferably in the construction industry. This position demands a high degree of travel, up to 90%, with the usual schedule being three weeks on and seven days off.

Requirements:

Must have a Class A CDL with an acceptable driving record

Must provide a minimum of one year's experience of working in construction or related field work

Ability to pass DOT drug test and physical

Knowledge of DOT regulations for drivers and trucks

Must be comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather

Must be or plans to be a resident within a 60-mile radius of the office

Minimum 21 years of age

Ability to lift and carry 75 lbs

Must be capable of working long hours such as 12-hour shifts as and when required

Must work well in a team setting
