The Class A Dedicated Regional Driver position is available in the Southern United States, with applicants required to live within 50 miles of Little Rock, AR; W. Memphis, AR, or Jackson, MS. The role entails weekly home time for a 34-48 hour reset. Drivers in their first year can expect to earn between $78,000-$92,000 per year, paid as a mixture of mileage, stop, and unload pay. The role involves handling 100% touch freight, which typically includes placing boxes weighing between 2-24 lbs onto a conveyor belt. A minimum of 3 months of regional or OTR experience is required, without a trainer.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 months of regional or OTR experience without a trainer.

Residence within 50 miles of West Memphis, AR; Little Rock, AR, or Jackson, MS.

At least 21 years of age.

No more than two moving violations in the past year.

No serious moving violations (careless/reckless driving, fleeing the scene, etc.).

No major felonies in the past ten years.

No misdemeanors in the past four years.

No DOT preventable accidents in the past five years.

Must not have ever failed or refused a DOT drug test or been terminated from last job for any safety reason.
