Job Description

As an Over-The-Road (OTR) Tanker Driver for Ergon Trucking, you will be part of a regional team based in Baton Rouge, LA, handling the critical task of transporting time-sensitive hazmat lubricants. Our drivers are essential to our operations, earning between $75,000 and $95,000 annually. Your paycheck will be based on the percentage of the load pay, which is 24%. Not only will you have the chance to go on out-and-back runs for home time, but a considerable bonus system also awaits you, including a $5,000 signing bonus and annual safety bonuses of up to $2,000.
