Job Description

As Class A drivers with a minimum of 3 months verified driving experience, you will be operating on a dedicated regional basis. While home visits are weekly, weekends off are not guaranteed. You can expect an average weekly pay ranging between $1400 and $1600. Upon completion of a week-long paid ride with a current driver, you'll get your dedicated tractor. Operations extend across IL, WI, IA, IN, MI, KY, OH. The pay scale starts at $0.82 and extends up to $0.85CPM, with an additional $25 per stop and $245 per trailer unload. Full benefits, including medical, dental, 401K, and 1 week PTO first year, kick in after 30 days. Plus, upon conclusion of your training, you will have the freedom to bring along a rider and a pet. Training, which typically lasts for about a week, is also paid at $150 per day.

Requirements:

3 months minimum OTR or Regional driving experience in the last 36 months

No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years and not over 2 within the last year

Less than 4 incidents within the past 3 years

Not over 2 DOT Recordable Preventable accidents in the last 3 years, not including a U-Turn accident in CMV in the last 24 months and no fatalities in the past 5 years

A maximum of one major moving violation (15+, following too close, reckless/careless) in the past year

No previous failure on a DOT drug test

If terminated from a previous driving job for safety-related reasons, must have six clean months of OTR or Regional Class A driving after termination

Job history should not exceed: 4 jobs in the last 36 months for 6-12 months of experience, 6 jobs for 12-24 months of experience, and 8 jobs for 24+ months of experience
