Job Description

This job position is seeking Class A drivers with at least 3 months of verified Class A driving experience for a dedicated regional role. The role presents the opportunity for drivers to be home weekly, although weekends are not guaranteed. With a weekly average pay ranging from $1400-$1600, employees will be inducted into their own dedicated tractor just after a week of paid training with a senior driver. The geographic areas of operation include IL, WI, IA, IN, MI, KY, and OH, promising at least 34 hours at home per week.

This regional job offers:

A generous average weekly pay of $1400 to $1600

Your own dedicated tractor after a week's ride with an existing driver

Operation in multiple states including IL, WI, IA, IN, MI, KY, and OH

Regular home time of a minimum of 34 hours every week

Pay starting at $0.82 up to .85CPM, $25 per stop and $245 per trailer unload

Benefits you will have:

Eligibility for full benefits such as medical, dental, and 401K after 30 days

One week paid time off in the first year

Possibility to have a rider and pet accompany you after training

Compensation during training at a rate of $150/day for approximately 5 days

Requirements:

At least 3 months of OTR or regional driving experience in the last 36 months

No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years, and no more than 2 in the past 12 months

No more than 4 incidents in the last 3 years

No more than two DOT Recordable Preventable in the last 3 years. (No accidents involving a U-Turn in a CMV in the last 24 months and no fatalities in the last 5 years)

For major moving violations (15+, following too close, reckless/careless), no more than one in the last 12 months

A clean record, having never failed a DOT drug test

If terminated from a previous driving job due to safety-related reasons, a minimum of six months of clean OTR or regional Class A driving is required

No more than 4 jobs in the past 36 months (for those with 6-12 months of experience), no more than 6 jobs in the past 36 months (for those with 12-24 months of experience), and no more than 8 jobs in the past 36 months (for those with 24+ months of experience)
