Job Description
As a CDL A OTR Driver with our family-owned company, you'll specialize in Flatbed and Conestoga hauls. You will not just be a number, but a valued team member known by name. Your pay will range between $0.68–$0.73 per mile OR you can choose to receive 27%–30% of the total gross. You can expect to cover an average of 3,000–3,700 miles per week, earning up to $2,500 a week, with weekly direct deposits. There are further financial opportunities through our range of bonuses which include referral and DOT inspection bonuses, plus pay for layovers, short loads, and additional mileage bonuses for drivers who stay with us long term. We ensure you are well equipped for the job with new Volvo & Freightliner trucks, and you'll never be forced into dispatch. You'll also have access to support in multiple languages and a 24/7 dispatcher help service.

Requirements:
CDL Class A
A minimum of 2 years of experience (Flatbed/Conestoga preferred)
