Job Description

Loyalty Dispatch & Logistics, LLC is in search of reliable, motivated, and business-minded Owner Operators. This company is a results-driven dispatch service that aids carriers in scaling and succeeding. We are searching for serious carriers ready to expand their business and should not apply if not fully meeting the requirements. We welcome a variety of vehicles: Dry Vans, Reefers, 30-40ft Hotshots, or 26ft Box Trucks (no cargo vans-this is non-negotiable). The positions available are primarily full-time and contract-based. People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply.

    • Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 months of ACTIVE Authority, this is a firm requirement.
  • Be ready to operate Over The Road (OTR) 3–4 weeks at a time – another firm requirement.
  • Minimum insurance coverage of $1M in Liability, and $100,000 in Cargo Insurance.
  • All required documents prepared and at hand (W9, COI, MC Authority Letter, etc.)
  • Immediate readiness to join our forces.
  • A prerequisite of at least 1 year of driving experience working OTR with another company OR under your own MC for those looking to lease on our MC.
  • A strong sense of organization and seriousness about running a trucking business.
  • A will to learn and grow, and apply your skills to your work.
  • A candid spirit and the willingness to stay away from cargo vans.
  • Your truck, as we'll handle the rest.
