Job Description

We're in search of a motivated Self Dispatch Truck Driver to join our professional team. This person will undertake the important task of transporting goods over both short and long distances, ensuring proper compliance with safety regulations and traffic laws consistently. Additionally, duties include safe truck operations, cargo loading and unloading, strategic route planning to meet delivery deadlines, comprehensive documentation of work/rest periods and miles driven, and rigorous vehicle inspections for mechanical or safety issues. Moreover, the candidate will uphold strict safety procedures while transporting hazardous goods.

This regional job offers:

85-87% of linehaul payout.

Type of job: Full-time, Part-time, Contract.

Pay extravaganza: $1,500.00 - $3,500.00 per week.

Flexible weekly work hours: Expected 20 - 60 hours per week.

Requirements:

Experience in Commercial driving: 1 year (Preferred).

Proficiency in communication using phone systems.

Familiarity with Fleet management practices.

Understanding of Transportation management principles.

Superlative phone etiquette skills.

Capability in working with Logistics software and systems.

Strong analytical skills to analyze transportation data efficiently.

Driver type: Owner-operator / Solo driver.

Trucking route: Dedicated / Local / Over The Road (OTR) / Regional.

Work location: Primarily on the road.
