CDL-A Recent Grad Truck Drivers

This full-time job opportunity is for new graduates of CDL school who are looking to launch their careers as truck drivers with Bison USA in multiple locations including Auburn, ME, and Des Moines, IA. As part of our New Grad Training Program, you will receive extensive training, starting from paid orientation to hands-on in-cab experience with an experienced driver. Our program is designed to help you gain valuable experience while ensuring you have consistent support throughout your journey. This role includes responsibilities such as running Over-the-Road (OTR) routes, handling freight, and maintaining a positive attitude while on the job.

• Full-time employment
• Salary of $0.54 per mile
• OTR schedule with 2-3 weeks out at a time
