CDL-A Truck Driver - Dry Van OTR - VA

This job opportunity is for an OTR driver with Swift Transportation at our Richmond, VA terminal, hiring drivers out of Virginia Beach, VA. In this full-time role, drivers will have the chance to travel coast-to-coast and enjoy a variety of load options while maximizing their earning potential. Responsibilities include maintaining safe driving practices and adhering to company policies. Additionally, drivers can expect a supportive dispatch team and access to over 30 terminals across 25 states.

• Full-time employment
• Pay based on dispatched miles, ranging from $0.43 to $0.58 per mile

• Valid Class A CDL license
• No DUI within the last 10 years for CDL-A holders; none within 5 years for Non-CDL-A holders
• No more than 1 on-road or DOT preventable loss in the last 2 years; no more than 3 preventable accidents in the last 2 years; no major preventable accidents in the last 5 years
• No serious traffic violations in the past year; no more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug test; no drug-related convictions in the last 5 years
