OTR Class A or B Group Drivers Needed

This is an Independent Contractor OTR CMV (School Bus) driving position with Team Driveaway located in Charleston, SC. Ideal candidates will be prepared for extended road trips, potentially staying out for multiple days depending on delivery locations. Responsibilities include ensuring the vehicle's condition during transport, maintaining punctuality for pick-ups and drop-offs, and completing all necessary paperwork for payment. Drivers will work in groups and must check in with the Lead Driver before each departure.

• Pay of $0.32 - $0.54 per mile

• Transportation provided from High Point, NC to delivery destinations and back
• Expenses covered for lodging and fuel while active on a load
• Additional pay for trips to Canada including $0.02 per mile and a $125 bonus
• Same-day pay available if requirements are met

• Minimum of 1 year of verifiable OTR CMV or School Bus driving experience within the last 3 years
• Valid Class A or Class B CDL; Passenger (P) endorsement preferred
• Relatively clean driving report and employment history
• Knowledge of DOT Hours of Service rules and regulations
• Ability to maintain accurate daily DOT Driver Logs using the MOTIVE app
• Must demonstrate professionalism and courtesy at all times
• Willingness to work as part of a team, sharing responsibilities with other drivers
• This is an Independent Contractor role, not a Company Driver or Owner/Operator position
• This position requires that drivers take at least 1 trip per month to remain active
• Attendance at in-person onboarding in High Point, NC is required
