This job opportunity is for a full-time driver who can be part of our team at Xpress Cargo, Inc. in Des Moines, IA. An ideal candidate would be responsible for safely transporting freight across various routes while maintaining compliance with all regulations and demonstrating a commitment to quality service. - At least 2 years of driving experience
- Must be at least 23 years old
- No license suspensions within the past 2 years
- No critical violations on record
- No more than 2 major violations in the last 2 years
- No more than 3 minor violations in the last 2 years
- No violent or drug-related felonies within the past 5 years
- Steady work history - no more than 6 jobs in the past 3 years
- Safe driving record - no more than 2 out-of-service violations in the past 2 years
