CDL-A Dedicated OTR Truck Driver

J&R Schugel is seeking dedicated CDL-A drivers for our OTR truck driving positions in Indianapolis, IN, as part of our long-standing commitment to providing stability and respect for our drivers. In this full-time role, drivers will enjoy consistent freight and steady miles while working with a single, trusted customer. Our dedicated fleet values your safety and supports you every step of the way, ensuring you have the resources needed to succeed on the road.

• Full-time employment
• Pay ranging from $0.60 - $0.71 per mile
• Schedule of out 10-12 days, home for 2 days
• Dedicated account with reliable routes
• 24/7 dispatch support
• 2022+ CDL-A trucks equipped with APU, inverter, and auto transmission

• Valid CDL-A license
• At least 12 months of recent OTR or regional CDL-A experience within the last 3 years
• Refrigerated experience preferred
• Must be 21 years or older
