CDL-A Recent Grad Truck Drivers

This full-time opportunity involves joining Bison USA's New Grad Training Program for new CDL-A licensed drivers. This program is designed to help individuals gain valuable experience after completing their CDL school. From the moment you start, Bison USA is dedicated to guiding you through your journey, from paid training to your first solo load. The terminal locations include Auburn, ME; Amherst, WI; Des Moines, IA; Grand Forks, ND; Kutztown, PA; and Sumter, SC.

• Full-time employment
• Pay of $0.54 per mile
• Over-the-road (OTR) schedule of 2–3 weeks out at a time
• Consistent OTR routes
• Dedicated dispatch support
• Use of late-model trucks with van and reefer trailers

• Active CDL-A license
