Local CDL Class A Truck Driver

Model Dairy, LLC, a top supplier and distributor of award-winning dairy products, is actively seeking dedicated Local CDL Class A Truck Drivers to join their Reno, Nevada team. This role involves delivering Model Dairy products to a variety of customers, providing excellent customer service, representing the company's values, and carrying out their purpose Nourishing Lives. The driver will interact daily with customers and manage deliveries via light truck, van, or semi-tractor/trailer in line with company policies, Federal/State DOT regulations, and establish and monitor customer par levels.

Requirements:

Class A required with an acceptable driving background and 2 years of driving experience.

Must maintain a clean, neat appearance and comply with the Model Dairy's uniform code.

Ability to accurately enter data into the computer and produce debit and credit invoices.

Basic math and reading skills are necessary.

Possess required speech, vision, auditory, smell, and touch abilities for assessing product quality, safety hazards, and testing refrigeration equipment.

Ability to work a shift of 8 or 10 consecutive hours (with a ½ hour lunch break) and overtime as required by business demands.
