CDL A Local Delivery Truck Driver – Nashville, Tennessee

This full-time job opportunity is available at Sysco in Nashville, TN, for dedicated local CDL A Delivery Truck Drivers. In this role, drivers will be responsible for safely operating a tractor-trailer and manually unloading and delivering various products such as meats, produce, frozen foods, groceries, and dry goods to customer locations on a set route schedule. • Valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) with a clean driving record
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screening
• Ability to read and speak English sufficiently to converse with the general public and understand traffic signs
• Ability to lift, push, or move products weighing between 40-100 pounds repeatedly
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
• 1 year of customer delivery experience is preferred
• 6 months of hand cart/hand truck experience is preferred
• 6 months of Food and Beverage experience is preferred
• 2 years of consistent work history is preferred
