CDL A Local Driver

The position is for P&D Drivers who will be tasked with transporting, loading, and unloading freight in a safe, efficient, and claims-free manner between our Service Centers and customers. It is integral for the incumbent to perform pre and post-trip inspections, document all freight control processes, understand and correctly interpret various shipping papers, placards, markings, and labeling identifications, drive responsibly, and interact with our diverse customer base. The expert will also be required to safely operate a forklift, participate in our training and improvement programs, adhere to all our operational procedures, and maintain flexible availability for work.

Requirements:

Must be at least 23 years of age

At least 18 months of commercial driving experience

Valid Class A CDL with Hazardous Materials and Tank Endorsements

Valid DOT Physical/Medical Card

No DUI, Citation/Conviction for Reckless Operations in the last 3 years

Less than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years

Basic math skills

Fluency in English

Legally eligible to work in the United States

Able to pass a drug screen
