CDL A Flatbed Truck Driver Local

As a Warehouse Associate/Back-up CDL Driver at USL LOGISTICS LLC., your primary responsibility will be performing job duties related to warehouse operations and driving. This position will allow you to gain experience in building material handling and learn about vehicle operation and safe driving procedures. Additionally, you'll be tasked with handling timely documentation for goods' delivery or pickup. The role involves tractor-trailer operation, maintaining DOT travel logs, complying with federal and state regulations, and ensuring the vehicle's presentation. You'll also be expected to facilitate pick-ups/deliveries even during adverse weather conditions. The position requires you to work closely with your warehouse associates and deal with physical tasks such as lifting, pushing, pulling, and moving items, often in outdoor weather conditions. Important note: you must meet and comply with warehouse safety regulations and work schedules.

Requirements:

Must be 21 Years or Older.

One Year of Verifiable CDL A Experience - Preferred.

Must Have a CDL A along with a Clean MVR.

Must meet FMCSA requirements.

Must have no more than 3 minor Preventables in the Last 5 Years and no more than 1 Major Preventable in the Last 3 Years.

No DUI/DWI in the Last 10 Years.

Must be physically capable of bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and moving items.

Must be able to safely operate forklifts or other machinery.

Willingness and capacity to work in outdoor weather conditions.
