Lead Mower / Solo Route Driver

This full-time opportunity is for a Lead Mower / Solo Route Driver with our esteemed mowing company located in The Woodlands. The selected candidate will take complete ownership of a residential mowing route, independently managing their daily schedule and maintaining approximately 70 residential properties to high standards. This role is ideal for a skilled landscaper who values autonomy and is trusted to operate without direct supervision. You will be responsible for driving the company truck, completing regular lawn care tasks, and ensuring quality service for our clients.

• Full-time employment
• Compensation ranging from $52,000 - $60,000 per year (Hourly Base + Overtime Potential)
• Monday to Friday schedule
• A route consisting of 15–20 properties daily
• No dispatch support as it is a solo-operator position

• Valid Texas Driver’s License
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) suitable for commercial insurance
• Experience backing up a truck and trailer into tight spaces
• Proven track record of independent work without supervision
• Ability to endure physical demands including lifting 50+ lbs and walking 10–15 miles daily
• At least 2 years of professional mowing experience preferred
• Basic technical skills to use mobile routing and scheduling applications
