Public Works General Laborer – Dearborn Heights, Michigan

This job opportunity is for a Full-time General Laborer in the Department of Public Works with the City of Dearborn Heights. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving public facilities, spaces, and infrastructure through various maintenance and construction tasks. This position involves considerable physical exertion, potential close contact with unpleasant materials, and outdoor work under varying weather conditions. A Commercial Driver’s License, Group B, with an air brake endorsement, is mandatory for this role.

• Starting pay at $35,366
• 4-day work week, Monday-Thursday schedule
