Regional CDL Truck Driver Competitive Pay Recent Graduates Accepted

As a motivated Class A Driver, you are invited to join our dedicated driving account, where we offer competitive remuneration and the convenience of weekly home time. You will operate a 53' refrigerated trailer on a dedicated account, handling 100% no-touch freight with drop-and-hook as well as live store load/unloads. Weekly home time ensures a minimum 34-hour reset, with the flexibility of both daytime and nighttime shifts required. Our operation works seven days a week, with weekends not guaranteed off. Choose from either a five-day work week (personal vehicle required for terminal travel) or a six-day work week (bring the truck home). On average, you will cover 1,700 miles per week.

Benefits you will have:

Earnings of $0.69 to $0.81 per mile, plus a $1,000 pay guarantee

Additional training pay of $650 for drivers with less than 6 months OTR/Regional experience

Incentives of $10 for the first stop, $15 for each additional stop, and $25 for short hauls under 50 miles

Approximately $1,500 average weekly earnings

$0.06 per mile monthly bonus for exceeding 8,200 miles with no accidents and maintaining 7 MPG fuel efficiency

Requirements:

Graduation from an accredited truck driving school with a minimum of 120 hours of training

Minimum age of 21 years with a valid class A CDL

Clean driving record with no major accidents, serious tickets, or suspensions in the last 5 years

Solid 10-year work history with no significant gaps outside of schooling or training (6 months in the last year or 1 year in the last 3 years maximum)

Passing a background check with no DUIs, felonies, or misdemeanors within the past five years

Successful completion of both urine and hair pre-employment drug screens
