Job Description

This job is a regional position in Eastern WI and IL, offering competitive compensation for diligent drivers with a Class A CDL license. If you are at least 21 years old and have a minimum of 2 years Tractor-Trailer experience plus a safe driving record, this opportunity is for you. Our schedule allows for all staff members to enjoy being home daily. Our starting wage is $22.00/hour with the potential for overtime after 40 hours weekly. You can look forward to an hourly increase after six months and 1 year, paired with yearly reviews in July where there is a possibility of another increase. To sweeten the deal, we provide an offering of PTO, which increases after your first year, and sick time.

Starting wage of $22.00/hr (Overtime paid after 40 hours worked)

$22.50/hr after 6 months

$23.00/hr after 1 year

Yearly Reviews in July with the possibility of an increase in pay

80 Hours of PTO in the 1st Year and 120 Hours of PTO after the 1st year (Paid at "Enhanced Rate")

40 Hours of sick time per year, paid at base rate
