- Must be 23-70 if he is 65 years or older we need long form medical card
- Stay on the road 3 weeks minimum – we can discuss for reset a home or other
- Schedule drug test we need SSN and location where he can take drug test or he can do it when he arrives

Company drivers-miles deal
- 65 cents per mile start 1800-2500 wk
- Paid every Friday direct deposit
- 170 occupational insurance a month or can pay weekly 42.50
- 100$ for 25 weeks is escrow 2500$ (company return it to the drivers)
- 100$ a month for eld support they help keep no violations on log book
We pay for flight to office for orientation
Company drivers-50-50 deal
- 88% of the gross (12% dispatch fee) is divided 50%-50% (half to the driver half to the truck owner) paychecks from 1,800.00 to 3,500.00/weekly
- Fuel, scales and tolls-drivers pay 50%, truck owner pays 50%
