As a Class A OTR/Regional driver, you'll be working 40 weeks a year, with a chance to be at home for 12 weeks, earning an attractive salary ranging from $90K to $112K per annum on all no-touch freight. You'll be running for 21 days straight, followed by a 9-day pause where travel days won't count as home time. Transportation expenses are fully covered by the company on your off days to help you conveniently commute back to your home and the terminal. Your pay is determined by your experience level and whether you possess the Hazmat endorsement, with a rate varying between $.67-$.72CPM, excluding an additional $.06CPM bonus paid until the end of the year. The operation covers multiple states, with absolutely no runs in NY state, NYC, or Long Island. You'll be assigned a modern truck with facilities such as an inverter, fridge, heated bunk, and auto transmission. Comprehensive benefits package gets activated after 60 days and includes PTO, BCBS medical, dental, 401K, and an appealing incentive pay. Passengers are allowed in the truck with the provision that their transportation costs are borne by the driver.
