We're currently recruiting a seasoned CDL Driver for our New Castle, DE center. The role primarily involves ensuring smooth, timely, and safe transportation of goods from New Castle, DE to Middletown, NY in an automatic day cab. This role demands commitment to safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

This regional job offers:

  • Safe operation of Class A CDL vehicles.

  • Effective communication with dispatchers, colleagues, and customers.
  • Sit on a regular basis and lift occasionally.
  • Maintenance of vehicle cleanliness and organization.
  • Compliance with traffic laws and safety regulations.
  • Prompt, safe, and timely delivery of goods between designated locations.

    • Requirements:

  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Class A driving or related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to schedules and delivery timelines.
  • A high sense of safety and adherence to transportation regulations.
  • Excellent time management skills to ensure timely delivery.
  • Effective communication skills and a team-player mindset.
  • Clearance of a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
  • Familiarity with Electronic Logging Devices (ELD).
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and a strong work ethic.
  • Basic mechanical knowledge of vehicles.
  • Ability to handle unexpected changes calmly and flexibly.
  • Clear MVR and background, valid Medical Card.
  • Must be registered with the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse.
