Job Description

The job opening is for Class A drivers with a minimum of 3 months verifiable Class A driving experience. In this role, the driver is involved in dedicated regional operations that extend to IL, WI, IA, IN, MI, KY, and OH. Although weekends are not guaranteed, they can expect to be at home weekly. The position assures an average pay of $1400-$1600/week. On completion of a week's paid ride along with a current driver, the candidate is assigned to tractors. Other facets of the job involve being capable of having a rider and a pet as soon as their training on the account ends. Pay starts from $0.82 and can go up to $0.85 CPM, with an additional $25 per stop and $245 per trailer unload.

  • Full benefits post 30 days

  • Training at a pay of $150/day which generally lasts for approximately one week

    • Requirements:


  • Minimum of 3 months OTR or Regional experience in the last 36 months
  • No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years and not more than 2 in the last 12 months
  • No more than 4 incidents in the past 3 years
  • A maximum of two DOT Recordable Preventable in the previous 3 years
  • No incident of a U-Turn in CMV in the last 24 months and no fatalities in the last 5 years
  • No more than one major moving violation (15+, following too close, reckless/careless) in the past year
  • Never having failed a DOT drug test
  • In case of termination from previous driving job for safety related reasons, must have six months of clean OTR or regional Class A driving
  • For those with 6-12 months experience, no more than 4 jobs in the last 36 months
  • For those with 12-24 months experience, no more than 6 jobs in the last 36 months
  • For drivers with over 24 months of experience, not more than 8 jobs in the past 36 months
